　　請假條（Asking for Sick Leave or Business Leave）

　　一、分析

　　在應用文寫作中，請假條因篇幅短小，格式、內容較為容易掌握，故相對于推薦信、申請信等篇幅較長的應用文而言，其得分率要高，且該類型的應用文要求文體正式、語言得體，尤其是用禮貌的語言向領導講述請假的理由。二、技巧

　　1.了解請假條的.基本情況（內容）

　　請假條是便條的一種，主要用于因病或因重要事情向領導請示批準某一特定時間的假。根據其請假理由的不同，可把請假條分為病假條和事假條兩種。但不管是那一種都應包括以下四部分內容： (1) 日期

　　日期通常應在正文右上角，因請假條涉及到的是最近時間內的事情，故可直接用幾月，幾日或星期幾來表示，如 April 10 或 10 April 或 Thursday.(2) 稱呼

　　稱呼常用常規(guī)信中的稱呼語，如 Dear…, Mr. …, Professor …, Dr. … 等.

　　(3) 正文

　　正文是請假條的核心部分，主要涉及到請假原因，請假時間，結尾時需用一些表示感謝或請求批準的話語。切記理由要充分，在必要是應附上相應的證明。

　　(4) 結束語的署名

　　結束語常用 yours faithfully 或 yours sincerely 或 yours truly 等。

　　2. 常用句型 (1) 起首用語

　　請假條中起首句常用來說明請假原因或請假時間，常用句型如下：

And a mother told stories to her children. It shows us human nature when disaster happened.
