語(yǔ)音技能的訓(xùn)練則不然，每次語(yǔ)音練習(xí)兩三個(gè)小時(shí)，就不科學(xué)，效率也不高。你應(yīng)該把較長(zhǎng)的時(shí)間分成較短的時(shí)間段。每次練習(xí)時(shí)應(yīng)使大腦保持在大腦處于最清醒狀態(tài)。這樣集中練習(xí)半個(gè)小時(shí)，就應(yīng)停下來(lái)。一次練習(xí)過(guò)后，再過(guò)一段時(shí)間(比如三個(gè)小時(shí))再練習(xí)半小時(shí)，就再停下來(lái)這種短時(shí)間段的高強(qiáng)度重復(fù)，是提高語(yǔ)音技能的最有效的方法。

The outside world is beautiful，they can play with their friends，watching movies，taking a break now and then.
