The eyes are the window to the soul, is important way to obtain all kinds of knowledge. We cannot leave the eyes everywhere in life, if without eyes, the world will become a dark, if we have a problem with my eyes, study and life will encounter many difficulties. In spite of this, we have a lot of people still don't cherish the eyes. Around me, there have been more and more students take the "small glasses son", my eyesight also gradually decline, doctors diagnosed later pseudomyopia. Eye protection, therefore, it is taken seriously by more and more people.
In school, the teacher often give us some effective method to protect your eyes, for example when homework hand want to leave the tip of one inch, belly to a punch from the desktop, head to a foot away from books, to read in the right place, but also often do eye exercises. 眼睛是心靈的窗口，是獲得各種知識的重要途徑。生活中我們處處都離不開(kāi)眼睛，如果沒(méi)有眼睛，世界將會(huì )變得一片黑暗，如果我們的眼睛出了問(wèn)題，學(xué)習和生活將會(huì )遇到很多困難。盡管這樣，我們有很多人還是不愛(ài)惜眼睛。在我的周?chē)�，已�?jīng)有越來(lái)越多的同學(xué)帶上了“小眼鏡兒”，我的視力也逐漸下降，后來(lái)被醫生診斷為假性近視。所以，保護眼睛這一點(diǎn)也被越來(lái)越多的人們重視起來(lái)。
在學(xué)校里，老師常常會(huì )交給我們一些保護眼睛的有效方法，例如寫(xiě)作業(yè)時(shí)手要離筆尖一寸，肚子要離桌面一拳，頭要離書(shū)本一尺，要在正確的地方看書(shū)，而且還要經(jīng)常做眼保健操。但這些卻最容易被同學(xué)們忽視。
到底是什么讓戴眼鏡的人飛快增加呢?這個(gè)問(wèn)題在我的腦海里不停地轉悠。后來(lái)，我觀(guān)察了很長(cháng)的時(shí)間，也從網(wǎng)上查了資料，最終得出了結論。第一大原因：不用科學(xué)的方法去保護眼睛。有的同學(xué)長(cháng)時(shí)間的看書(shū)、上網(wǎng)、看電視，使眼睛經(jīng)常處于疲勞狀態(tài)，并且不注意眼睛衛生。雖然我們學(xué)校要求同學(xué)們都要按時(shí)做眼保健操，但一部分同學(xué)還是不好好做，有的還躲在桌子底下。第二大原因：基因遺傳。有的父母是近視眼，并遺傳給了自己的孩子。不過(guò)這種情況好象不多，“小眼鏡兒”往往是因為不愛(ài)惜眼睛造成的。
最后奉勸大家：我們一定要愛(ài)惜自己僅有的這一雙眼睛，使我們的每一天都充滿(mǎn)光明!
